A follower of the works of philosopher Mevlana Rumi, Mulderbosch Cellarmaster Mike Dobrovic imparts a little poetry of his own into his winemaking. His philosophy is "quality at the expense of quantity." As a result, he's established something of a cult following, and Mulderbosch is revered as one of the best wine producers in South Africa. Situated in a prime area of Stellenbosch, the vineyards create wines of rich character and complexity. Most notably, their Sauvignon Blanc is consistently recognized as one of the world's finest.
