About

The founders of Grayson believe that they can put to work our Napa Valley winemaking skills to create some of the highest quality wines at the by-the-glass price point. It is believed that decades of Napa winemaking experience will allow them to create a better bottle of wine at a better price point than what's generally in the market today.
We insist our winemakers search throughout California's finest growing regions to find the highest quality grapes for Grayson wines. The wines are then made by Larry Levin in Napa, California, at a state-of-the-art production facility very near Highway 29.
"Grayson Cellars specializes in sourcing declassified lots of wine from highly respected wineries, putting together attractive blends, and selling them for a song." - Robert Parker, Issue #184

Review

- 87 Points, Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate, Aug 2009
"Another surprise is the 8,400-case cuvee of stainless steel-aged 2007 Pinot Noir. Its deceptively light ruby hue is followed by a Burgundian-styled, earthy, forest floor, sweet cherry, plum, pomegranate, and floral-scented bouquet. Silky tannins, adequate acidity, and a fresh personality suggest it should be drunk over the next year.
