Aviation:
1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Crème de Violette
1 tsp Maraschino
Stir with ice & strain


Violette Royale:
4 oz Champagne (blanc, brut)
1/2 oz Crème de Violette


Toulouse:
1½ oz Vodka
¾ oz Crème de Violette
¼ oz Vanilla Liqueur
1 tsp absinthe or pastis
