Nicolas Joly is the owner and winemaker of several small vineyards in the Loire Valley, including La Couléede Serrant, one of France's legendary vineyards. Nicolas is also one of the foremost leaders of the biodynamic movement and devotes time and effort around the world speaking about the vineyard care that contributes to making his wines so special.
From the 10-acre vineyard parcel of the Joly estate, less than 1,000 cases are produced annually of this 100% Chenin Blanc wine. The wine typically has aging potential of 15 years.
